This workflow is designed to create a helpdesk case in HappyFox. You will need to provide the custom URL you use and API credentials.

Description

  1. Instructions to create HappyFox API Credentials can be found on this page. Set this as Account Key.
  2. Set your custom HappyFox domain for the Target, and the URL you use to view a ticket as the variable HF Base URL. This means if you were to look at ticket 123456 by going to https://helpdesk.mydomain.com/staff/ticket/123456 then the Target URL would be helpdesk.mydomain.com and the value of HF Base URL would be https://helpdesk.mydomain.com/staff/ticket/.
