This workflow is designed to create a helpdesk case in HappyFox. You will need to provide the custom URL you use and API credentials.
Description
- Instructions to create HappyFox API Credentials can be found on this page. Set this as Account Key.
- Set your custom HappyFox domain for the Target, and the URL you use to view a ticket as the variable HF Base URL. This means if you were to look at ticket 123456 by going to
https://helpdesk.mydomain.com/staff/ticket/123456
then the Target URL would behelpdesk.mydomain.com
and the value of HF Base URL would behttps://helpdesk.mydomain.com/staff/ticket/
.
