This workflow appears in the pivot menu and allows you to disable a user in Microsoft Entra ID using their email or username.
Description
This workflow appears in the pivot menu and allows you to disable a user in Microsoft Entra ID using their email or username. Supported observables: email, user. Note that a "user" observable can contain a SAM account name or user principal name
Target: Microsoft Entra ID
Steps:
- Determine which observable type was provided
- Search for a matching user
- Check if the user was found:
- If not, end the workflow
- Extract the user ID
- Attempt to disable the user
- Check if disabling the user was successful:
- If it wasn't, output an error
