Jira Cloud - Create Issue for Incident
This incident response workflow allows you to create an issue in Jira Cloud from a playbook or using an automation rule. When using this workflow in a playbook, the issue is created on demand. When using this workflow with an incident automation rule, issues are created automatically when incidents matching the rule are created.
Description
This incident response workflow allows you to create an issue in Jira Cloud from a playbook or using an automation rule. When using this workflow in a playbook, the issue is created on demand. When using this workflow with an incident automation rule, issues are created automatically when incidents matching the rule are created. If an issue already exists for a given incident, a new one is not created.

Steps:
- Get the incident summary
- Parse the incident's attributes
- Check if an issue already exists for this incident:
- If it does, update the workflow results and continue
- If it doesn't:
- Make sure the require input was provided
- Create the issue and update the workflow result
- Update the incident's external references
- Check if watchers were provided and, if so, search for each one and add them to the issue
- Update the incident's status to Incident Reported
