XDR - Assets - Set Device Values

This atomic applies a value to one or more devices in Cisco XDR assets.

Target: Insights APIs

Steps:
[] Check if asset value is valid
[] Build the request payload
[] Request the device values be set
[] Check if the request was successful:
[]> If it was, check for errors
[]> If it wasn't, output an error
