XDR - Assets - Get Devices

This atomic gets a list of devices from Cisco XDR assets.

Target: Insights APIs

Steps:
[] Build the request payload
[] Fetch the device list
[] Check if the request was successful:
[]> If it was, check for errors and then attempt to extract the results and set the output variables
