PagerDuty - Get Incident by ID

Gets information about an incident from PagerDuty by its ID. This atomic requires the "incidents.read" OAuth API privilege.

Target: PagerDuty integration target (not the "Events API" target)

Steps:

[] Check if the request was successful:
[]> If it was, extract the response and set the output variables
