Jira Cloud - Service Desk - Get Requests

Gets a list of service desk requests from Jira. This atomic requires the API account used have permission to the Service Desk being accessed.

Target: Jira Cloud integration target

Steps:
[] Build the query string
[] Get the requests
[] Check if the request was successful:
[]> If it was, extract the list of requests and set the output variables
[]> If it wasn't, output an error
