Creates a new object in Cisco Security Cloud Control (formerly Defense Orchestrator). This atomic requires one of the following roles for the API key's owner: Admin, Super Admin.

Target: Cisco Defense Orchestrator

Steps:
- Build the request payload
- Attempt to create the object
- Check if the request was successful:
  - If it was, attempt to extract the object's UID and set the output variables
  - If it wasn't, output an error
