Target: HTTP Endpoint for "apix.cisco.com"

Account Key: None (uses an access token)

Steps:
[] Format the start and end dates
[] Search for advisories
[] Check if the request was successful:
[]> If it was, set the output variables
[]> If it wasn't, output an error
