Updates the policy assigned to a client connected to a Cisco Meraki network.

Target: Meraki integration target

Steps:
- Validate the required inputs are provided
- Build the request payload
- Request to update the network client policy
- Check if the request was successful:
  - If it was, attempt to extract the results and set the output variables
  - If it wasn't, output an error
