Starts a new management configuration session with Check Point Quantum Smart-1. All subsequent requests to Smart-1 should use the session ID provided by this atomic. At the end of the session, the "Check Point Quantum Smart-1 - Publish Changes" atomic must be used to commit your staged changes.

Target: Check Point Quantum Smart-1 Cloud integration target or HTTP Endpoint for your Smart-1 instance. If on-premises, the host should be your Smart-1 instance IP or hostname and the path should be "/web_api/". For on-premises, you may need an XDR automation remote. See the XDR automation documentation for more information about remotes. If cloud-based, the host should be "<your-instance>.maas.checkpoint.com" with a path of "/<tenant-id>/web_api/"
